Item Donations

THANK YOU for supporting the Holy Rosary Heart auction.  Please fill out the form below with detailed item descriptions for the item(s) you are donating and any restrictions or expiration dates. Items should be NEW and in the original packaging. No used or size specific items will be accepted.  Clothing is accepted only under the discretion of the auction chairs.

***Business Donors must provide their own gift certificates. Please contact auction-procurement@holyrosaryws.org if you would like us to pick it up.
